Nkosi City is a proposed development in Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga. It is a large parastatal development, primarily to serve the residents of the area. The development would form a small town with a district mall, police and fire station, public transport interchange, senior and primary schools etc.

    01. The housing typologies would include walk-ups, bonded housing and affordable (farm) housing that would be supported by farming. Walk-up housing was to be located closer to the business area to cater to the density and the demographic who needs it most.
